I was first licensed in 1978 and have been through many different market conditions as well as held multiple positions within the industry. During the recession of the early 80s I was invited to join an investment Realtor, Bill Taylor, where I was involved in marketing federally subsidized HUD Section 8 apartment buildings.  I later turned towards specializing in rural acreages, farm and forest lands.  In the late 80s, I received my certification as a Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation that only 4% of agents nationwide qualify for. Additionally, I have been involved in subdivision development, developer sales, and builder sales. Through the entire duration of my career I have continually provided the utmost professional service and dedication to my client’s goals.  You deserve an experienced and knowledgeable professional in your corner!
